Payment Terms
These payment terms apply to all bookings made through GoBaguio Hub. By proceeding with a booking and making a payment, you agree to the terms described on this page, in addition to the Booking Process and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
GoBaguio Hub currently supports the following payment channels, subject to availability per listing:
- GCash — payment to the host’s GCash number or QR code.
- Maya — payment to the host’s Maya account.
- GoTyme — bank transfer to the host’s GoTyme account.
The exact account details (name, number, and instructions) will be provided by the host or shown on the booking confirmation page or message.
2. Reservation and Payment Deadlines
For most bookings, your reservation is considered pending until payment is received and confirmed by the host. Hosts may set specific deadlines for payment (for example, within 24 hours of booking). If payment is not received within the stated deadline, your reservation may be cancelled automatically or by the host.
3. Payment Confirmation
After sending your payment, you may be required to send a screenshot or reference number as proof of payment. The host or system will verify the payment and then update your booking status to Confirmed. Keep all payment receipts and confirmation messages for your records.
4. Pricing and Additional Charges
The total amount due will be shown to you before you confirm your booking. This may include nightly rate, cleaning fees, and other charges as specified by the host. Any additional charges (such as extra guests, late check-out, or damages) must be clearly communicated by the host and, where applicable, agreed upon by the guest.
5. Currency
All prices, fees, and payments on GoBaguio Hub are generally quoted and paid in Philippine Peso (PHP), unless otherwise specified on the listing or during checkout.
6. Non-Payment or Failed Payment
If your payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, the host may cancel your booking. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient balance or credit and that the payment details you provide are correct.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy stated in the Terms and Conditions and/or on the individual listing. Some bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and the host’s rules.
8. Disputes
In case of payment-related disputes (for example, unrecognized charges, incorrect amounts, or disagreements about refunds), guests and hosts should first try to resolve the issue directly through clear communication. If further assistance is needed, GoBaguio Hub may provide support in line with the overall Terms and Conditions and the Dispute Resolution Clause.
