Host Termination Clause

This clause outlines situations where a host’s access to GoBaguio Hub or specific listings may be limited, suspended, or terminated.

1. Termination by Host

Hosts may request to deactivate or remove their listings, or close their host account, subject to the completion of any existing confirmed bookings and compliance with applicable laws. Hosts should give reasonable notice and avoid cancelling active bookings without valid reasons.

2. Termination or Suspension by Platform

GoBaguio Hub may limit, suspend, or terminate a host’s access to the platform or certain features if there is evidence of policy violations, repeated guest complaints, non-compliance with legal requirements, fraud, misuse of the platform, or other serious concerns affecting safety or trust.

3. Effect on Existing Bookings

Where feasible, termination or suspension will take into account existing confirmed bookings. GoBaguio Hub may work with the host and affected guests to determine appropriate resolutions, which may include refunds or alternative arrangements, subject to applicable policies.

4. Data Retention and Records

Even after an account is closed or a listing is removed, GoBaguio Hub may retain certain records as required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes, such as accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

5. No Guarantee of Reinstatement

If a host’s account or listing is suspended or terminated due to violations or concerns, reinstatement is not guaranteed. Any request for reinstatement will be evaluated based on the circumstances and platform policies in effect at that time.
