Host Commission Rate
This page explains how commission rates may apply to bookings made through GoBaguio Hub. Actual rates and structures may vary and will be communicated to hosts through their account or specific agreements.
1. Commission on Confirmed Bookings
Where a commission model is used, GoBaguio Hub may charge hosts a percentage fee based on the total booking amount received for a confirmed stay or service. The applicable percentage and inclusions (for example, nightly rate only or nightly rate plus cleaning fees) will be specified in the host's account or in separate documentation.
2. Timing of Commission Charges
Commission is generally considered earned by the platform once a booking is confirmed and may be collected at or shortly after the time payment is processed. In some arrangements, commission may only be considered final once the stay is completed, subject to applicable cancellation and refund rules.
3. Taxes and Other Deductions
Hosts are responsible for understanding any taxes, fees, or other deductions that may apply to their earnings, including those resulting from local regulations. Commission charged by GoBaguio Hub is separate from government taxes and does not include any obligations hosts may have to report or remit such taxes.
4. Changes to Commission Structure
Commission structures may be updated from time to time. Where possible, GoBaguio Hub will provide reasonable notice to hosts of any material changes that may affect future bookings, for example through email, in-account notifications, or updated terms.
5. Transparency for Hosts
Hosts should be able to see how commission is calculated in their booking or payout summaries. If you are a host and require clarification on commission amounts or calculations, you should contact GoBaguio Hub support with your booking reference and payout details.
