Booking Process

This guide explains how guests can book a stay or experience through GoBaguio Hub, from searching to payment.

1. Browse and Select a Listing

Go to the Spots or Stays page and browse the available listings. You can open any spot or stay to view full details, photos, amenities, and reviews.

2. Check Availability and Details

On the listing details page, review the description, maximum number of guests, house rules, and any important notes from the host. Make sure the listing matches your needs before proceeding.

3. Enter Booking Information

For stays, select your desired check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and complete the required information on the booking form. The system will calculate the total price based on your selected dates and number of guests.

4. Review and Confirm

Carefully review the booking summary, including dates, number of guests, total amount, and any applicable fees. Make sure all information is correct before confirming your booking.

5. Payment Process

GoBaguio Hub supports the following payment channels, subject to availability and host confirmation:

Exact payment instructions (account name, number, and reference details) will be communicated by the host or shown in the booking confirmation/instructions. Guests must follow these instructions and keep a copy of the payment proof.

6. Booking Confirmation

After you submit your booking and complete the payment, the host or system will confirm the booking. You may receive confirmation through the platform (My Bookings), email, or direct message from the host. Only confirmed bookings should be treated as final.

7. Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds

Any request to change or cancel a booking must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy stated in the Terms and Conditions. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to fees depending on the timing and host rules.

8. Check-in and Stay

On the day of arrival, coordinate with your host for check-in time, exact location, and any access instructions. During your stay, please follow the House Rules and respect the property and neighbors.
