This clause explains the host’s responsibility to keep property details on GoBaguio Hub accurate and to avoid misleading representations.

1. Accurate Descriptions

Hosts warrant that the descriptions of their properties or services, including number of rooms, amenities, location, and special features, are truthful and not misleading. Any limitations or conditions should be clearly explained to help guests make informed decisions.

2. Current Photos and Media

Photos and other media used in a listing should reflect the current state of the property. If significant changes occur, such as renovations or changes in furnishings, hosts should update their photos and descriptions within a reasonable time.

3. Availability and Pricing

Hosts are responsible for keeping availability calendars and pricing information up to date. Overbooking or incorrect pricing due to outdated information can lead to negative guest experiences and may require the host to offer reasonable resolutions.

4. Handling Discrepancies

If a guest arrives and finds that the property materially differs from the listing in a way that would have affected their decision to book, the host should cooperate in finding a fair solution. This might include partial refunds, adjustments, or other remedies, subject to applicable policies and laws.

5. Impact of Misrepresentation

Repeated or serious misrepresentation may result in corrective measures such as listing removal, account suspension, or termination under GoBaguio Hub policies, in addition to any consequences under applicable law.
